If your machine is not producing the expected performance, then do not hesitate to get in touch with us, we will aim to assess the situation over the phone through our free technical support service. This will allow us to determine if a call out is required.
If a call out is required then we will aim to be with you within 48 hours from the initial call dependent upon our workload experienced at the time. A call out will incur a charge, which includes an hour of our technicians time to diagnose any faults reported.
One of our technicians will determine the fault and decide with you upon a plan to perform a successful repair of the machine. This plan will be subject to the availability of the parts required for the repair.
Depending upon the conclusion from the diagnosis, the machine will either be repaired on site providing the repair is simple. However, if a more complicated procedure is required then we may ask to take your machine off-site, with the provision of an optional loan machine to enable you to continue offering your service, returned once a successful repair has been completed.
